You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure accurate product costing in a fast-paced, global environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years accounting/finance experience, 5+ years cost accounting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, data merges).
• Experience in SOX-compliant environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Willingness to work extended hours during month end close for international team.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods and cost of sales.
• Analyze cost of sales, absorption, PPV, and margins monthly.
• Maintain accuracy of product cost data and support close activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost analytics and decisions.
• Lead a matrixed team of accountants; supervise month-end close entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish inventory policies and improve inventory management practices.
• Assist in BOMs, routings, and material master setups.
• Define KPIs and communications cadence with stakeholders.
• Coordinate training for finance, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
• Lead annual standard cost setting and ERP cost rollups for AOP.
