Qualifications
- Admitted Attorney with 8+ years in corporate commercial transactions.
- LL.B or equivalent with strong academic record.
- Experience leading complex M&A and cross-border deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-border commercial transactions including M&A and joint ventures.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize sale/purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and service contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies and assets.
- Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel across jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic legal advice on market entry and international operations.
- Manage multiple transactions with timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay current with global legal trends affecting international commerce.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge management.
