Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years in contract law and commercial matters.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract principles and relevant law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.
• Experience with contract management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including service and supplier agreements.
• Provide legal advice on contractual terms, obligations and risks.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies.
• Manage contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations.
• Liaise with internal departments to address contractual needs.
• Maintain organized records of all executed agreements.
