- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas.
- 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury claims.
- Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution.
- Collaborate with medical experts and other consultants to develop defense strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
- Develop litigation strategies for efficient and favorable client outcomes.
- Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and advise clients.
- Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements.
- Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
