QVC Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help maintain and improve enterprise storage and backup across large environments. You will design, implement, and tune mission-critical infrastructure, and automate provisioning to boost speed and reliability.

The role supports remote work with on-site possibilities at West Chester, PA, and requires 5+ years in enterprise environments, plus expertise in storage, automation, and cloud tech such as Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering in large/enterprise environments
• Owns issue resolution with strong ownership; design, provisioning, tuning, and automation
• Expertise in enterprise storage across block, file, and object (Pure, NetApp, Dell EMC)
• Experience with Commvault; OS: RHEL, Windows, ESX, Xen; Azure cloud
• Scripting and automation with Python and Ansible
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, including escalations related to mission-critical systems
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions for environments of increasing complexity and scale
• Improve system performance, reliability, and capacity through tuning, analysis, and recommendations
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and repeatable operational tasks to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy
• Evaluate technologies within your domain and contribute practical recommendations that improve operations and long-term supportability
