Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will design and support enterprise data integration solutions that enable reliable analytics and operational reporting across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, while helping improve data access, warehouse performance, and overall workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of ETL and data integration development using Informatica PowerCenter.
• 5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Experience designing enterprise data warehouses and BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise ETL processes and data integration using Informatica.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and operations.
• Build and optimize data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Create efficient SQL queries and database workflows for performance.
• Coordinate data development projects to improve data access and efficiency.
