Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will design and support enterprise data integration solutions that enable reliable analytics and operational reporting across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, while helping improve data access, warehouse performance, and overall workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of ETL and data integration development using Informatica PowerCenter.
• 5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Experience designing enterprise data warehouses and BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will focus on building and supporting enterprise data integration solutions that enable reliable analytics and operational reporting across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, while helping improve data access, warehouse performance, and overall workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep ETL development expertise and experience working within complex enterprise data environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and operational needs
• Build and optimize data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot issues in development and maintenance projects
• Create efficient SQL queries and database workflows for performance optimization
• Coordinate data development projects to improve data access and efficiency
