Job summary

D&G Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level ETL/Data Integration Developer to support IGC modernization, data integration, and cloud-migration activities. You will develop Informatica-based ETL workflows, complex SQL, and enterprise interfaces for global transportation and logistics operations.

This role offers hands-on ETL and data-integration work within an Agile team, supporting secure cloud modernization and release activities.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, and optimization.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora/RDS, SQL Server).
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and ETL performance optimization.
• Experience using Git and GitLab-based DevOps processes.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate as listed in qualifications.
• Ability to satisfy DoD workforce qualification and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Informatica mappings, transformations, workflows, sessions, parameter files, reusable components, and data-integration processes.
• Translate source-to-target requirements into technical mappings, transformation logic, and data structures for enterprise data integration.
• Extract, transform, validate, and load data from databases, files, APIs, web services, and other interfaces with quality controls.
• Develop and optimize SQL, views, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and scripts for ETL workloads.
• Create and maintain mappings, data dictionaries, interface documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis; troubleshoot ETL issues.
• Support ETL performance tuning and cloud modernization including AWS/Aurora.
• Use Git and GitLab CI/CD in Agile release processes.
