Techstra Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior ETL Developer to design and execute complex ETL workflows using Informatica, optimize data movement, and guide engineering peers through data integration challenges. You will review code and data pipelines, tune queries, and ensure alignment with enterprise risk and security standards within a large banking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
6+ Years of IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise ETL design, data movement, and DB optimization, preferably in banking/financial institutions.
Proven expertise in Informatica (Workflow creation, workflow management, data movement, and data integration).
Strong advanced SQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization).
Experience with enterprise relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Understanding of data pipelines, staging mechanisms, and error handling in ETL design.

Responsibilities

Technical design, development, and execution of complex ETL workflows and data integration pipelines.
Lead data movement solutions addressing banking operational and analytical needs.
Review code, SQL scripts, testing plans, and pipeline documentation; tune performance and resolve issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to peers; ensure security and risk controls alignment.
