Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Major Incident Manager to coordinate responses for hosted customers during Sev1/Sev2 incidents. You will manage incident lifecycles, classify records, and drive action plans while collaborating with problem management on RCA.

Remote role based in the United States with on-call rotation and cross-time-zone collaboration. Experience with AWS, data center infrastructure, and ITSM is required to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in major incident management with strong communication.
• Experience with DataDog and ITSM processes.
• Able to troubleshoot complex infra including AWS and virtualized/hyper-converged systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major Incident process activities and communicate status across stakeholders.
• Record and classify incidents, link records, drive technical action plans.
• Partner with problem management on RCA and delegate information to technical teams.
