Red River is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Administrator to manage IAM platforms (Entra ID, AD, Microsoft 365) ensuring secure access across enterprise apps. This remote role involves travel for training and office visits.

You will automate workflows with PowerShell and Power Automate, support security, audit, and governance initiatives, and act as a Tier III escalation resource while collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Operations to enhance reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive IAM and related platform experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with authentication tech (SSO, MFA, identity governance, and access management).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer identity, access management, authentication, and governance platforms.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Support compliance, security, audit, and governance requirements.
• Serve as a Tier III escalation resource for infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Business Operations teams.
