Qualifications

• 5+ years of IBMi System Administrator experience.
• 3+ years with Independent ASPs (iASPs).
• 3+ years supporting high-availability environments and disaster recovery.
• 3+ years with replication technologies (Clustering, PowerHA, MIMIX).
• Experience with CL and RPG programming and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system specifications and working parameters for hardware and software compatibility.
• Analyze infrastructure to improve reliability, availability, serviceability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to address complex system problems.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose infrastructure modifications aligned with business strategy.
• Provide in-depth consultation to application teams across enterprise applications.
• Define standards, guidelines, and operational metrics.
• Lead large, complex infrastructure projects to meet key business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Monitor emerging technology trends to inform solution design.
