Maximus is seeking a Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Federal HR. This is a remote role with occasional in-office attendance possible at the Tysons Corner, VA office, though location is not strict.

You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational development, lead the HRBP team, and support IT government contracting initiatives with data-driven insights and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT within the government contracting sector.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience using data-driven insights to evaluate HR initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Experience partnering with HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards).
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
