Job summary

Welltower is seeking a disciplined project lead to oversee multiple senior housing capital projects across the Southern California market. This remote+travel role requires frequent travel and daily on-site presence at project sites within the DFW area as a base.

A minimum of 3 years in real estate construction is preferred, with a BA/BS in a related field encouraged. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, supervising contractors, reporting progress, and ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years related work experience; real estate construction knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple senior housing capital projects (roughly 3–5 concurrently).
• Manage on-site activities, meetings with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor safety, supervise contractors, and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and in conformance with documents.
