Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience; knowledge of real estate construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities for multiple projects; coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders; serve as primary contact for renovation activities.
• Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure safety and compliance; supervise contractors and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget; verify conformance to Scope of Work and Contract Documents.
