Job summary

Welltower, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Capital Projects to oversee multiple senior housing construction initiatives.

This role requires coordinating on-site activities, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring safety and quality on each site. The successful candidate will work in a remote-capable environment with frequent travel to project sites across the region, bring 3+ years of construction experience, and support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience; knowledge of real estate construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects; coordinates meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders; serves as primary contact for renovation activities.
• Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure safety and quality; supervises contractors and escalates risks as needed.
• Ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget; verifies conformance to Scope of Work and Contract Documents.
• Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
• Ensures close-out documents are organized and filed.
• Prepares weekly project status reports and updates construction progress schedules and trackers.
• Provides administrative support and other assigned tasks.
