Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Professional Service Designer to lead service design efforts across CenterWell lines of business. Translate research into actionable service concepts and experience strategies aligned to people, processes, tech, and data.

You will plan discovery research, conduct partner interviews, map journeys, and craft current and future-state blueprints detailing frontstage and backstage interactions and dependencies across teams and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in service design or related areas.
• Experience communicating recommendations to leaders and partners.
• Experience creating service blueprints, journeys, and maps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and mapping/visualization tools.
• Strong project management and multi-workstream coordination.
• Ability to summarize qualitative and quantitative inputs into opportunities.
• Comfort with discovery research and workshops.
