Job summary

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in the Baltimore/Washington metro area seeks a Senior Data Analyst to advance analytics for Health Services Risk Adjustment, build trusted data assets, and deliver insights that improve program performance.

You will work with clinical, operational, financial, and technology teams, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and ensure data governance while supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Risk Adjustment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of analytical/quantitative work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data exploration, analysis, and solution development for Risk Adjustment initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret Risk Adjustment data to improve accuracy and program performance.
• Research data flow to ensure data integrity, traceability, and regulatory reporting readiness.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Risk Adjustment analytics and stakeholder inquiries.
• Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of analytical dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and document data specifications.
