Qualifications

• 2+ years of Digital technology team lead experience with client management.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Management consulting experience, preferably with top firms.
• Strong healthcare background including health plans, claims, and provider operations.
• Project and people management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Exposure to technology-driven projects and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of payer functions and Medicaid plan implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a small-to-medium team of consultants through client engagement, analysis, business case development, and development of focused solutions.
• Aligns functional industry expertise to consulting engagement requirements.
• Manages escalations and balances client responsiveness with resource use.
• Ensures alignment of team activities to priorities and efficient use of time and resources.
• Monitors and addresses capability gaps to ensure responsiveness to opportunities.
• Participates in client workshops and business analyses as needed.
• Monitors daily activities of project staff and leads project communications.
• Reviews deliverables for QA and solicits stakeholder feedback for improvement.
• Participates in post-mortems to capture lessons learned and potential IP.
• Ensures client validation and documentation of project success for ongoing relationships.
