Formación

• 2+ years of Digital technology team lead experience with client management.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Management consulting experience, preferably with top firms.
• Strong Healthcare industry background: health plans, claims, provider operations.
• Project management and people management experience.
• Excellent communication, including professional PowerPoint presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small-to-medium consultant team on client engagements.
• Align industry expertise to engagement requirements.
• Manage escalations and optimize resource use.
• Oversee project delivery QA and stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in client workshops and business case development.
