Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to drive client engagements, lead teams, and deliver contextual solutions that address complex business challenges across healthcare payers.

You will manage and mentor consultants, align industry expertise to engagements, and ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction, including workshops and business cases. This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States, with a competitive salary and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Digital technology team lead experience with client management responsibilities.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Experience in Management Consulting, preferably with top firms.
• Strong background in Healthcare, including health plans, claims, and provider operations.
• Project management and people management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small-to-medium team through client engagements and solution development.
• Align industry expertise to engagement requirements and priorities.
• Manage escalations and balance client responsiveness with resources.
• Oversee time and resource allocation to common goals.
• Participate in client workshops and develop compelling business cases.
• Monitor daily activities of project staff and deliverables for QA.
