Job summary
Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to shape product strategy and commercialization for risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics across 12–24 month roadmaps. You will translate client needs and market intelligence into differentiated product strategies, partnering with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to drive growth and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8+ years in product strategy/management or healthcare consulting in risk-bearing settings.
- Experience with payer-adjacent workflows and enterprise SaaS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for provider analytics and data portfolio.
- Translate client needs into differentiated product roadmaps (12–24 months).
- Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements.
- Collaborate with PM, Engineering, GM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership.
- Lead commercialization: positioning, pricing, packaging, and GTM plans.
- Identify scalable platform capabilities for future expansion.
