Job summary
Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations and payer-adjacent workflows. Translate client needs and market intelligence into differentiated product strategies and 12-24 month roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting.
- Experience with risk-bearing/provider analytics and payer-adjacent workflows preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for provider analytics and data portfolio.
- Translate market intelligence and client needs into 12-24 month roadmaps.
- Lead commercialization efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Identify scalable platform capabilities and AI-enabled opportunities.
- Collaborate to align stakeholders and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
