Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy for risk-bearing provider analytics and payer-adjacent workflows. You will translate market intelligence and client needs into differentiated product roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role emphasizes identifying market opportunities, commercial judgment, and the delivery of scalable analytics solutions, with experience in Rx analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5-8+ years in product strategy/management or healthcare consulting (risk-bearing provider or ACO focus).
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, commercialization, and platform strategy.
• Deep understanding of risk-bearing provider organizations and value-based care.
• Ability to translate complex needs into scalable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Guide investments from market discovery to commercialization with TPMs and GMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and priorities.
• Lead opportunities across risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics.
• Prioritize investments based on market demand and value.
• Develop business cases and requirements for engineering teams.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities for scale across workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve usability and efficiency.
• Act as SME for ACO/risk-bearing products in client engagements and market events.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plans and pricing strategies.
• Measure success via adoption, feedback, and post-launch analytics.
• Partner across functions to resolve trade-offs and drive execution.
• Define scalable service models with Client Services.
