Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to shape product strategy across risk-bearing provider organizations, including ACOs and payer-adjacent workflows. You will translate client needs and market intelligence into differentiated 12–24 month roadmaps with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, healthcare analytics expertise, and strong commercial judgment to identify opportunities and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions preferred.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, operational and commercial needs into scalable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Translate market intelligence and client feedback into differentiated 12–24 month product roadmaps.
• Partner with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate opportunities and guide investments.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for TPMs and Engineering.
• Identify scalable platform capabilities across provider and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and automation to improve value and usability.
• Serve as SME for ACOs and risk-bearing providers, supporting market-facing activities.
• Lead commercialization efforts with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers.
• Measure performance via adoption, feedback, and post-launch analytics.
• Collaborate across functions to drive strategic initiatives.
