Atrium Health seeks a Data Analyst in the Quality Abstraction area to lead analytics projects, translate business questions into analytic approaches, and develop population definitions for analysis. You will collaborate with clients to deliver BI reports and actionable insights that drive performance improvements.

The role is full-time and fully remote, with a Mon–Fri schedule. Requires a Bachelor’s in health-related fields or RN, 2 years of healthcare data experience, and strong data management

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN.
• 2 years experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics experience.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Directs and executes multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business and technical issues with the client.
