Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, sales operations, or field enablement with ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Oncology and/or specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the field execution strategy for HCP marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities and objectives.
• Oversee pull-through planning and deployment of field resources and communications.
• Lead planning and optimization for starters, vouchers, and office-based adoption programs.
• Drive Omnichannel execution linking field activities with digital experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across Marketing, Sales, Training, Operations, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and agencies.
• Define and track KPIs; analyze performance and implement strategic refinements.
