• Own pull-through planning and implementation translating strategies into actionable field programs.
• Oversee Field Direction Memos and deployment across brands and markets.
• Coordinate field communications to improve clarity and reduce burden.
• Drive adoption programs for office-based resources and starter/voucher initiatives.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance with analytics and sales teams.
