Frontline Education Group is seeking a Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to scale our growth engine across omnichannel demand generation, ABM, and pipeline acceleration. You will drive data-informed campaigns that optimize conversions and revenue.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead strategy, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales to lift pipeline velocity, improve ROI, and build a high-performing, data-driven growth team.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in growth marketing leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute and optimize data-driven demand generation strategy to hit pipeline and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine demand generation based on performance analysis.
• Lead omni-channel buyer journeys and optimize conversion rates across channels.
