Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury, a distinguished hospitality partner in the Northeast, seeks a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group business development across NY/NJ properties. You will manage the full sales cycle, nurture high-value accounts, and expand revenue for meetings, events, and group room blocks.

This role offers a remote work arrangement for candidates based in New York or New Jersey, with required travel to properties for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of group sales experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale full‑service properties.
• Established experience and strong relationships within the NY/NJ markets.
• Proven track record of generating new group business and achieving revenue targets.
• Delphi proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new group opportunities in NY/NJ markets.
• Develop targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Quote and negotiate group contracts, manage the sales cycle end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and catering teams to optimize group revenue.
• Represent properties at industry events and client meetings.
