Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs. The role focuses on refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC within Sevan's program management team.

This remote-based position requires travel to project sites as needed and emphasizes strong client communication, budgeting, and schedule management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7-10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise within refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred.
• Procore and Smartsheets proficiency; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
