Sprinto is building a 100% remote Managed Services wing to evolve from framework digitisation into a broader services portfolio. You will own the function from the ground up with governance, repeatability, and commercial accountability, delivering implementation consulting, risk assessments, policy reviews, internal audits, and security assurance programs.

The role focuses on building scalable service lines, defining packaging and pricing, and ensuring quality with QA gates and third-party risk

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in GRC/security consulting, audit/advisory, or managed compliance programs.
• Experience building or scaling a services practice from 0→1 to repeatable.
• Strong track record delivering for enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders.
• Iso27001, SOC 2, GDPR; hands-on privacy assessments (DPIA); familiarity with FedRamp/HITRUST/NIST.
• Proven ability to productize services and create AI-assisted workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build the delivery function with governance, repeatability, and commercial accountability.
• Create intake, scoping, SOWs, QA, SLAs, change control, and reporting processes.
• Develop reusable IP: templates, playbooks, mapping libraries, and QA rubrics.
• Lead a team of specialists and grow service-line pods over time.
• Phase delivery from framework digitisation to packaged services and security programs.
• Own service packaging, pricing models, utilization, margins, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales/SE/CS to attach services to deals and improve retention.
• Shape AI-enabled playbooks and structured inputs for consistent outputs.
