Job summary

Hygiena, headquartered in Camarillo, California, seeks a Senior Global Product Manager – Molecular Diagnostics to drive product strategy and lifecycle management across global markets. This remote, full-time role will shape pricing, portfolio rationalization, and go-to-market planning to deliver innovative diagnostic solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance and Sales, translating market needs into requirements and ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of food safety experience with product management or marketing in a B2B environment.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with molecular technologies (qPCR/NGS).
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; PowerBI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies for near- and long-term horizons.
• Lead NPI and portfolio lifecycle management, including pricing, rationalization, and sustaining innovation.
• Align product roadmap with market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and unmet customer needs to ensure relevance and differentiation.
• Design go-to-market strategies to unlock incremental growth and expand reach into emerging customer segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services and Sales.
