• 8+ years of experience in enterprise event operations, experiential marketing, event production, or complex program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of OTC, from early planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Lead the integrated program plan and operating rhythm, owning the master timeline and milestones.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Brand, and agency partners to establish clear ownership.
• Translate objectives into executable operational plans with GTM leadership and E&E teams.
• Lead agency and vendor partners with defined scopes, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Own the OTC budget, forecasting, spend tracking, and cost optimization opportunities.
