Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Operations to lead the planning and execution of One Team Conference (OTC), uniting global Sales, Customer Success, partners, and leadership around growth strategy.

You will own the integrated operational delivery, connect stakeholders, and drive decisions with clear recommendations. The role requires experience producing large-scale enterprise conferences and a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise event operations or complex program delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise conferences, sales kick-offs, or internal events for thousands of attendees.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end operational delivery across multi-stream programs.
• Experience managing large budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading agency and vendor partners against scope, budget, timeline, and performance expectations.
• Strong program management expertise across matrixed organizations.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of OTC from planning to post-event reconciliation.
• Lead the integrated program plan, master timeline, milestones, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, Travel, Security and agencies to ensure clear ownership.
• Translate objectives into executable operational plans balancing ambition, attendee experience, cost, and feasibility.
• Oversee agency and vendor partners with clear scopes, timelines, and accountability.
• Manage OTC budget, forecasting, spend tracking, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead on-site operations with cross-functional teams and executives to protect attendee experience.
• Provide concise executive updates and drive continuous improvement post-event.
