Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Operations to lead the end-to-end planning and on-site execution of OTC, our global go-to-market conference. This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and agency partners to deliver a high-impact experience for thousands of attendees.

Based remotely in the United States or Canada, you will own the budget, master timeline, risk management, and post-event reconciliation while developing a high-performance OTC operations

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise event operations or complex program delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences or sales kick-offs.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ability to lead agency and vendor partners against scope and timelines.
• Strong executive-level communication and cross-functional influence.
• Proven leadership of teams and talent development.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC operational delivery from planning through post-event reconciliation.
• Lead the integrated program plan with master timeline, milestones, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners to establish clear ownership.
• Translate objectives into executable operational plans with cost and feasibility balance.
• Lead agency and vendor partners with clear scopes, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Own OTC budget, forecasts, spend tracking, and cost optimization while protecting attendee experience.
• Lead operational risk and readiness with contingency planning and safety/compliance.
• Provide executive communications with concise decisions and options.
• Develop the OTC operations team and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement with repeatable processes and post-event reviews.
• Lead on-site operations with calm authority during events.
