Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Operations to lead the operational planning and execution of One Team Conference (OTC), uniting global Sales, Customer Success, partners, and leadership around growth strategy.

The role reports to the Director of Event Operations, Brand Events & Experiences, and will manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, vendors, and risk across a high-impact, enterprise-scale program from a remote location in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise event operations or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise conferences or sales kick-offs.
• Experience owning end-to-end operational delivery across complex programs.
• Experience managing large budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience leading agency and vendor partners against scope, budget and timelines.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Executive-level communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of OTC, from planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Lead the integrated program plan, master timeline, dependencies, milestones, risk management, and readiness.
• Act as the connective tissue across Sales, CS, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, IT, Travel and agencies to establish clear ownership.
• Translate business objectives into executable operational plans with GTM leadership alignment.
• Lead agency and vendor partners with clear scopes, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Own the OTC budget and financial management, including forecasting and cost optimization.
• Lead operational risk and readiness, develop contingency plans with stakeholders.
• Provide clear executive communications, distilling complexity into decisions and risks.
• Lead and develop the OTC operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement with repeatable processes and post-event reviews.
• Lead on-site operations with calm authority and real-time decision making.
