Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Operations to lead the operational planning and execution of One Team Conference (OTC), uniting global Sales, Customer Success, partners, and leadership around our growth strategy. You will own the integrated delivery, creating clarity from ambiguity and driving decisions.

The role is remote (USA or Canada) with responsibility for budgets, vendors, and multi-stakeholder teams across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise event operations or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise conferences.
• Experience owning end-to-end operational delivery.
• Experience managing large, complex budgets.
• Experience leading agency and vendor partners.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of OTC, from planning to on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Lead the integrated program plan, master timeline, dependencies, milestones, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners to ensure clear ownership.
• Translate objectives into executable operational plans with GTM leadership input.
• Manage agency and vendor partners with defined scopes and accountability.
• Own OTC budget including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and cost optimization.
• Lead risk readiness, safety, compliance, and business continuity.
• Provide clear executive communications and escalate with context.
• Develop OTC operations team and foster trust and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-event reviews.
• On-site operations leadership with multiple teams and attendees.
