Responsibilities

• Participates in negotiations of highly complex agreements and large global customer contracts.
• Identifies stakeholders and represents relevant interests across the deal.
• Evaluates and prioritizes divergent interests to balance customer needs with company protection.
• Provides contractual risk analysis to management and advises on terms.
• Liaises with company legal counsel and senior management on contract strategy.
• Mentors junior department members and advises VP/GM on key accounts.
