Job summary

The position is remote with travel as needed and may involve negotiations on global contracts valued at high sums.

Qualifications

Excellent writing and communication skills with knowledge of contract development and negotiation practices.
Ability to independently draft highly complex contractual documents.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong negotiating, perception management and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Participates in negotiations of highly complex, large global customer contracts.
Identifies stakeholders and ensures all relevant interests are represented.
Evaluates and prioritizes divergent interests in contract negotiations.
Provides contractual risk analysis and liaises with legal counsel and senior management.
Advises VP GM Meta account owner and guides junior department members.
Develops extremely complex agreements with minimal input from leadership.
