Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and SAFe.

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage requirements in the tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and document business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Refine user stories, decompose backlog items, and define acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management.
• Track system and business requirements; validate and ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact.
• Maintain project backlog and change control.
• Deliver project documents to the client and manage risks.
• Provide status and metrics across the Agile lifecycle using SAFe.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and establish SME relationships.
• Support Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
