Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL query and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Follow standard practices in analyzing situations or data.
• Document problems and report findings with logs and discrepancy reports.
• Work directly with the customer in day-to-day activities and provide status updates.
• Maintain infrastructure, ensure VA security compliance, and participate in on-call rotations.
