Job summary

North South Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise web applications. The role emphasizes full-stack expertise, microservices, and AWS cloud-native solutions.

This position is 100% remote. You will lead end-to-end development, implement responsive UI with Angular, build RESTful APIs, and mentor teams in CI/CD and best practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services or tooling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with OOP principles and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: lead end-to-end design and development of robust, high-performance applications.
• UI/UX Implementation: build the front-end with Angular, HTML5, and CSS for responsive experiences.
• Cloud Architecture: architect and maintain AWS cloud environments.
• System Integration: design RESTful APIs and microservices for data flow across layers.
• Leadership & Mentorship: guide teams and enforce CI/CD and best practices.
• Agile Collaboration: work with stakeholders in an Agile environment to translate requirements into solutions.
