Niuro is hiring a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer for a US health tech company. This remote, six-month contract runs from start ASAP, with LATAM-based candidates preferred. You will join a small engineering team building on a TypeScript monorepo using NestJS backend and Next.js clients.

You will own end-to-end features, ship LLM capabilities, and collaborate on data handling with HIPAA-regulated care data, delivering robust solutions with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience shipping LLM features to production.
• Proficient with NestJS and Next.js in TS.
• Monorepo projects and scalable architecture.

Mansioni

• Own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and data layer.
• Build LLM features with tool calling and data enrichment.
