Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production web applications with frontend focus.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript and modern component frameworks.
• Comfort across stack: APIs, data models, integrations, CI, browser, and infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and full-stack initiatives from ambiguous problem to shipped outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape user experiences.
• Own performance, stability, accessibility, and maintainability of shipped code.
• Partner across third-party ecosystem to unify product experiences across services.
• Use AI tooling as a multiplier while maintaining quality.
• Define and scale Grove Design System and UI components.
• Ensure tracking and analytics reflect shipped outcomes.
• Champion testing, documentation, and scalable workflows.
