Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production web applications, with frontend focus.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar frameworks quickly and evaluate tools on their merits.
• Lead projects end-to-end with product and design collaboration.
• Strong communication, ownership and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility and performance.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership—drive frontend and full-stack initiatives from problem to shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Product and design partnership—work closely with PMs and designers to shape the experience.
• Craft, performance and quality—own performance, stability, accessibility and maintainability.
• Ecosystem integration—coordinate with third-party apps, analytics, search, and partners to deliver a cohesive product.
• AI-assisted development—leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Design system—collaborate to define and scale Grove's UI components.
• Measurement—work with analytics to ensure we track outcomes.
• Best practices—advocate testing, documentation, and streamlined workflows.
