Job summary

Alkami, a remote-first platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to support FP&A. You will own forecasting, build and maintain financial models, and deliver insights to leadership to influence GTM and operational decisions.

With 5+ years in finance, you will partner with stakeholders, analyze performance, and enhance forecasting processes using automation. This role prioritizes data accuracy in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years finance-related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and planning activities by building, updating, and maintaining financial models that consistently deliver accurate forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers by reviewing variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Develop actionable insights by synthesizing financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders by providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and influencing outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting with accurate, clear, and leadership-relevant insights.
