Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and use of planning tools like Adaptive.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize data into insights.
• Strong business acumen with influence on strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and judgment abilities.
• Effective communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to CXG leaders and guide budget decisions.
• Advise on trade-offs across capacity, hiring, and go-live priorities.
• Coordinate go-live forecasting with the implementation team and backlog.
• Prepare materials and deliver insights on go-lives, backlog, and ARR.
• Ensure CXG metrics align with Finance data sources and definitions.
• Collaborate with CXG, Accounting and FP&A to align forecasts and revenue.
• Improve go-live and capacity forecasting with automation and data integrity.
• Develop AI-led processes to drive efficiencies and high-value analysis.
