Job summary

YA Group is seeking a Senior Forensic Consultant - Premises Liability to conduct investigations, assess incident causation, and provide expert analysis for clients, attorneys, and insurers. You will evaluate site conditions, perform inspections, and prepare technical reports and testimony.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years performing premises liability investigations or related forensic consulting.
• Experience evaluating codes, regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with slip/trip/fall investigations and hazard analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic investigations of premises liability claims and litigation.
• Evaluate site conditions and environmental factors related to incident causation.
• Oversee site inspections, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Analyze slip, trip, and fall incidents and develop opinions on causation.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and expert materials.
• Provide deposition and trial testimony as an expert witness.
