Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of successful Foodservice or related sales experience, with channel growth
• Experience managing Foodservice brokers, distributors, and national/regional customers
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable account plans and growth initiatives
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range Foodservice growth strategy and translate into annual objectives
• Identify whitespace opportunities across sub-segments and prioritize by revenue potential
• Lead strategic selling with national operators, distributors, and broker partners
• Design and manage a national broker representation structure for market coverage
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to support forecasting and onboarding
